Bridge
​

Bridge loans are short-term interest only loans, which can be used for minor repairs and other investment purposes.

Construction
​

Construction loan programs are for experienced investors looking to do ground-up construction of properties for sale or rent.. This loan provides funding for construction, long-term financing as the property transitions to the rental phase and in some cases, the purchase of land as well.

Fix and Flip
​

Fix and Flip loans allow investors to obtain financing based on the as-is value, the cost to repair and the after-repair value (ARV) of a property. These loans are ideal for well-organized investors with management skills to oversee a project from initial purchase through rehab to a completed property ready for sale or rental.

Line of Credit
​​

Credit lines require a slightly more rigorous up-front approval, but once approved allows investors a less restrictive process for reusing the approved funds. This program is extremely flexible and can be used for fix and flips, new property purchases, and renovations.

Portfolio
​

Portfolio loans allow investors with multiple properties to access long-term rental financing in order to manage the properties under one loan. This reduces the overhead and costs of having multiple loans. Portfolio loans can be used to access existing equity, consolidate debts, or invest in new rental properties. 

Rental
​

Rental loans are ideal for real estate investors looking to grow their portfolio of rental properties. They may also be used to leverage the equity in existing properties or simply refinancing to obtain better terms.
