Property Types

Residential Rental

Residential rental properties such as single family homes, condominiums, town homes and small multi-unit (1-4 units) buildings are the perfect asset for an investor's portfolio.

Multi-family (5+ Units)

Multi-family properties are another excellent choice for an investor's portfolio. They provide a solid real estate investment strategy for generating revenue because they cash flow much higher than smaller rental properties. Larger multi-family properties, however, are assigned a higher risk and will have a lower loan to value (LTV) to cover the risk.

Mixed Use Buildings

Mixed-use properties comprise multiple units zoned for different uses, including residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. Almost any building with at least two units of different usage qualifies for mixed-use financing.

Commercial

Commercial properties comprise a wide variety of property types. Commercial buildings with more general use capacity like retail, warehouse or office space are easier to finance than single use properties. We have loan programs for properties such as:

  • Office Condos

  • Office Buildings

  • Retail Stores

  • Warehouses

  • Self-Storage Buildings

  • Automotive Repair Shops
